Position Summary:
As an Experienced Drain Jetter, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, working independently to handle a variety of drain cleaning tasks and conducting drain camera surveys. Responsibilities:
- Conduct drain cleaning operations using specialised jetting equipment, ensuring efficient and thorough removal of debris, blockages, and obstructions.
- Perform drain camera surveys to assess the condition of drainage systems, identify potential issues, and provide accurate reports.
- Independently manage and prioritize work assignments, adapting to changing situations and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, interacting with clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Clearly communicate and explain job details, diagnoses, and recommended solutions to customers on-site, ensuring their understanding and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere to company guidelines and safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drain cleaning and drain camera surveys, with a solid understanding of various drainage systems and related equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and find effective solutions to drainage issues.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling you to interact confidently and explain complex technical concepts to customers.
